Gary Cutler is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.  He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Cutler has broad experience in all phases of civil and criminal trial work.  As an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Mr. Cutler prosecuted complex fraud cases.  As a private attorney, Mr. Cutler has defended complicated fraud cases in the accounting, securities, healthcare, antitrust and tax areas including the Sunbeam and WorldCom accounting frauds.
